The drives and library are fine in windows when running the HPStorageWorks libray and tape tools.Instead of updating the paths in TSM, I just deleted them. If the replacement drives were *identical* to the old ones, then youcould probably get away with using a very old device driver. check over here In the TSM management interface, Iright clicked on the device drivers -> properties, and as Kelly mentioned,TSM was being instructed to use windows drivers.

AIX devices are case sensitive and I believe you need the "/dev/" in front of the device name. Identify the device associated with path /dev/sgXX.
