I see from a few other posts (not on this site) that others have experienced this problem, but no resolution was provided. This can solve some problems including hanging and crashing during installation. If that doesn't work, try plugging in a plain ps/2 keyboard (when thecomputer is off) and uninstall the BT drivers.
